產品描述：

硅(gui)膠軟管(guan)采用(yong)聚脂編織和鉑(bo)金硅(gui)膠組合而成。廣泛(fan)的應用(yong)于通過食品，醫藥(yao)及化妝用(yong)品，生物工程的液(ye)體和半流體。

標(biao)準(zhun)長度(du)為20米每卷，同時我們也可(ke)以根據客戶的要求生(sheng)產規定的尺寸和(he)長度(du)，膠管產品通(tong)過美國FDA級(ji)和(he)USP Class VI和(he)德國BFR認(ren)證。

——工作(zuo)溫(wen)度范(fan)圍‘-60oC / +180oC (-76oF / +356oF)在短時(shi)間(jian)內可達到  220oC (392oF)

——具有(you)很好彎曲性，內壁光滑清(qing)潔，易清(qing)洗(xi)不粘水(shui)，用(yong)清(qing)洗(xi)物(wu)清(qing)洗(xi)后不附著(zhu)任何殘留物(wu)，可采用(yong)高(gao)溫高(gao)壓(ya)蒸汽消毒和(he)滅(mie)菌。

——無(wu)嗅(xiu)、無(wu)味,完(wan)全無(wu)毒，不含(han)任何(he)塑化劑和(he)添加(jia)劑成(cheng)分(fen)。完(wan)全符(fu)合食品FDA和(he)生(sheng)物醫用(yong)級USP VI的要求。

Product application:

Widely used for transportation or delivery of low temperature food, cosmetics, chemical materials or the fluid or semi liquid fluid of pharmaceutical industry and biological engineering.(such as milk, fruit juice; the connection hoses used on food machinery liquor equipment; oil production equipment and medical equipment,and can be equipped with 3A, SMS, DIN, CLAMP quick connector).

Product description:

-Silicone hose is made by the polyester braiding and platinum silicone. Widely used in the industry of liquid and semi fluid food, medicine and cosmetic products, bio engineering.

-Standard length is 20 meters per roll, and we can produce the specified size and length according to customer requirements.Our hose products pass the certification of the United States FDA grade and Class VI USP and German BFR.

Product characteristics:

-The working temperature range of -60 to +180 degree Celsius (-76 to +356 degree Fahrenheit) in a short period of time can reach 220 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit)

-With a good bend, the inner wall is smooth and clean, easy to be washed, no water sticking, 

After cleaned by cleaning materials, no residue remained. The steam disinfection and sterilization can be done under high temperature and high pressure.

-Odorless, tasteless, non-toxic, does not contain any additives and plasticizer. Fully comply with the requirements of food FDA and biological medical grade VI USP.

-These tubes are usually translucent and the movement of fluid inside can be observed. The hose color can be customized according to customer's needs.
