注：1.標(biao)準生產(chan)長度(du)為6米（特(te)殊(shu)可訂做10米），可以做切短。其它的內徑要(yao)求(qiu)可以根據客戶的要(yao)求(qiu)來訂制。 

2.在我們在參數表中(zhong)測試是依照常溫(wen)，標準(zhun)大(da)氣壓狀態(tai)。當壓力不變時，溫(wen)度(du)每上升幅(fu)度(du)100度(du)，壓力會(hui)下降百分(fen)之15。

REMARKS: 

1, Standard length is 6 meters and we can customize the hose length according to customers' needs.

2, The test in the parameter list is in accordance with the normal temperature and the standard atmospheric pressure state. 

When the pressure is constant, the temperature rise by 100 degrees, the pressure will drop by 15%.

產品結構： 

編(bian)織：三層夾(jia)布網(wang)紋編(bian)織 

鋼絲：采(cai)用單層304不銹(xiu)鋼絲，間(jian)距為5MM 

產品特性： 

——工作(zuo)溫(wen)度(du)范圍‘-60oC / +180oC (-76oF / +356oF)在(zai)短時間內可達到  220oC (392oF) 

——具有很好彎曲性，內壁光滑清(qing)潔，易清(qing)洗不粘水，用清(qing)洗物(wu)清(qing)洗后不附著任何殘留物(wu)，可(ke)采用高溫高壓蒸汽消(xiao)毒和滅菌。 

——無嗅、無味(wei),完全無毒，不(bu)含(han)任何塑化(hua)劑和添加(jia)劑成(cheng)分。完全符合食品FDA和生(sheng)物(wu)醫用級USP的要求(qiu)。 

——產品經過高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)180oC*4小時高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)硫(liu)化(hua)后，不分(fen)產生(sheng)任何分(fen)解物，承正負壓能力強，具體參考數據(ju)表。 

配(pei)套接(jie)頭(tou)： 

TC接頭（直通快速接頭316L），SMS接頭，DIN快接，CLAMP，CLOCK，J螺紋接頭，等材質為304或316L任(ren)客戶挑選。 

品(pin)質認證： 

——鉑金(jin)硅膠軟管通(tong)過美國(guo)FDA 21 CFR 177.2600(食(shi)品(pin)和藥(yao)物管理(li)局)食(shi)品(pin)級認證。 

——鉑(bo)金硅膠軟管通過德國FDA/BfR零件 XV標準(zhun)認證和(he)LFBG和(he)BGVV標準(zhun)認證。 

——鉑金(jin)硅膠(jiao)軟管符合通過美國醫用USP Class VI級標準認證。 

——鉑金硅膠管依照(zhao)歐盟指令(ling)2008/95 / ECC的限制使(shi)用某些有害物質(RoHS)認可(ke)。

Supporting connectors:
