使用范圍：

食品加工行業(ye)(ye)、制藥(yao)行業(ye)(ye)、割(ge)草(cao)機和掃(sao)地清潔車等(deng)需要(yao)耐霉(mei)菌和耐水解的應用。可用于油(you)脂(zhi)類食品的輸送。    

特性：聚(ju)(ju)醚型聚(ju)(ju)氨酯軟管, 帶有PU覆蓋層的螺旋狀(zhuang)鍍鋅鋼(gang)絲加強筋(jin)。

內壁(bi)平滑以保證物料在管內流動順(shun)暢。壁(bi)厚均(jun)為1.5毫米.耐(nai)霉菌(jun)、耐(nai)水(shui)解(jie)。具有優異的耐(nai)臭氧和耐(nai)候性(xing)    

能。該軟管無(wu)毒、無(wu)味、不含鹵素，符合RoHS環保指令的要求。

螺(luo)旋鋼絲接地可以排靜電，符(fu)(fu)合(he)TRB S 2153的(de)規(gui)定(ding)。阻燃度符(fu)(fu)合(he)UL 94 HB標準。    

顏(yan)色：透明(ming)，帶有PU覆蓋層的螺旋(xuan)狀鍍鋅鋼(gang)絲(si)加強    ;

溫度：-40℃/+ 90℃（短(duan)時間(jian)可耐受(shou)125℃）

Scope of application: 

food processing industry, pharmaceutical industry, 

lawn mower and sweeping vehicles and so on, in which mildew resistance and hydrolysis resistance are required.it can be used for the transportation of grease foods.

Characteristics: 

polyether type polyurethane hose with PU coating spiral galvanized steel wire reinforcement.Smooth inner wall to ensure the smooth flow of material in the pipe.

Wall thickness is 1.5 mm. Mildew resistance, hydrolysis resistance. 

Excellent oxidation resistance and weather resistance.

Non-toxic, tasteless, non halogen, in compliance with the RoHS environmental directive requirement.

Spiral steel wire can be sued to release the static electricity after grounding and it is in compliance with the rules of TRB S 2153 regulations. flame retardancy conforms to the UL 94 HB standard.
