注：1.標準生產長度(du)為6米（特殊可(ke)訂(ding)(ding)做10米），可(ke)以做切短。其它的(de)內徑要求可(ke)以根據客戶的(de)要求來訂(ding)(ding)制。 

2.在(zai)我們在(zai)參數表中測試(shi)是依(yi)照常溫(wen)，標準大氣(qi)壓狀態。當壓力(li)不變時，溫(wen)度每上升(sheng)幅度100度，壓力(li)會(hui)下降百(bai)分之15。

REMARKS: 

1, Standard length is 6 meters and we can customize the hose length according to customers' needs.

2, The test in the parameter list is in accordance with the normal temperature and the standard atmospheric pressure state. 

When the pressure is constant, the temperature rise by 100 degrees, the pressure will drop by 15%.

產品結構：  

編織(zhi)：四層夾布網紋編織(zhi)  

鋼絲：采用單層(ceng)304不(bu)銹鋼絲，間(jian)距為(wei)10MM  

產品特性：  

——工作溫度范圍‘-60oC / +180oC (-76oF / +356oF)在短時間內(nei)可達到  220oC (392oF)  

——具有很好彎曲性，內壁光滑清(qing)潔，易清(qing)洗(xi)不粘水，用清(qing)洗(xi)物(wu)清(qing)洗(xi)后不附著任何殘留物(wu)，可采(cai)用高溫高壓蒸汽消毒和滅(mie)菌。  

——無嗅、無味,完全無毒，不含(han)任何塑化劑和添(tian)加劑成分。完全符合食品FDA和生物醫用級USP的要求。  

——產(chan)品(pin)經過(guo)高(gao)(gao)溫180oC*4小時高(gao)(gao)溫硫(liu)化后，不分(fen)產(chan)生任何分(fen)解物，承正(zheng)負壓能力強，具體參(can)考數據表。  

配套(tao)接頭：  

TC接(jie)頭(tou)(tou)（直通快速接(jie)頭(tou)(tou)316L），SMS接(jie)頭(tou)(tou)，DIN快接(jie)，CLAMP，CLOCK，J螺(luo)紋(wen)接(jie)頭(tou)(tou)，等材質為304或316L任客戶挑選(xuan)。

——鉑金硅膠軟管通過(guo)美國(guo)FDA 21 CFR 177.2600(食品和藥物管理局)食品級認(ren)證。  

——鉑金硅膠軟管通過德國FDA/BfR零件 XV標(biao)準認(ren)證和LFBG和BGVV標(biao)準認(ren)證。  

——鉑金硅(gui)膠軟管符合(he)通過美國醫用USP Class VI級標(biao)準認證。  

——鉑金硅(gui)膠(jiao)管(guan)依照歐盟指令2008/95 / ECC的限制使用(yong)某些有(you)害(hai)物(wu)質(RoHS)認可。

Supporting connectors:
