注：1.標準(zhun)生(sheng)產長度為6米(mi)（特(te)殊可(ke)訂做(zuo)10米(mi)），可(ke)以做(zuo)切短(duan)。其它的(de)內徑要(yao)求可(ke)以根(gen)據客戶(hu)的(de)要(yao)求來(lai)訂制。 

2.在(zai)我們在(zai)參數表中測(ce)試是(shi)依照(zhao)常溫，標準大氣(qi)壓(ya)(ya)狀態。當壓(ya)(ya)力不變時，溫度每上(shang)升幅度100度，壓(ya)(ya)力會下(xia)降百(bai)分之15。

REMARKS: 

1, Standard length is 6 meters and we can customize the hose length according to customers' needs.

2, The test in the parameter list is in accordance with the normal temperature and the standard atmospheric pressure state. 

When the pressure is constant, the temperature rise by 100 degrees, the pressure will drop by 15%.

編織：四層夾布網紋(wen)編織  

鋼絲：采用單層304不銹鋼絲，間(jian)距為10MM  

產品特性：  

——工作溫度范圍‘-60oC / +180oC (-76oF / +356oF)在短時間內可(ke)達到  220oC (392oF)  

——具有很好彎(wan)曲性，內壁光滑清(qing)潔，易清(qing)洗不(bu)粘水(shui)，用(yong)清(qing)洗物清(qing)洗后不(bu)附著任何殘留物，可采用(yong)高溫(wen)高壓(ya)蒸汽消毒和滅菌。  

——無嗅、無味,完全(quan)無毒，不(bu)含任(ren)何(he)塑化(hua)劑和添加劑成分。完全(quan)符合(he)食(shi)品(pin)FDA和生(sheng)物醫(yi)用(yong)級USP的要求(qiu)。  

——產(chan)品經過高溫180oC*4小時高溫硫化后，不(bu)分產(chan)生任何分解(jie)物(wu)，承(cheng)正(zheng)負壓能(neng)力強，具體參考數(shu)據表。  

配套接頭：  

TC接(jie)頭（直通(tong)快速接(jie)頭316L），SMS接(jie)頭，DIN快接(jie)，CLAMP，CLOCK，J螺紋接(jie)頭，等材質為304或316L任客戶(hu)挑(tiao)選。

——鉑金硅膠(jiao)軟管通(tong)過美國FDA 21 CFR 177.2600(食(shi)品(pin)和藥物管理局)食(shi)品(pin)級(ji)認證。  

——鉑金硅膠軟管通過德(de)國FDA/BfR零件 XV標(biao)準認(ren)證和LFBG和BGVV標(biao)準認(ren)證。  

——鉑金硅(gui)膠軟管符合(he)通過美國(guo)醫用USP Class VI級標(biao)準認證(zheng)。  

——鉑(bo)金硅膠管依(yi)照歐盟指令(ling)2008/95 / ECC的限制使用某些有害物質(RoHS)認可。

Supporting connectors:
