注(zhu)：1.標準生(sheng)產長度為6米（特殊可訂做10米），可以做切(qie)短。其它的(de)內徑要求(qiu)(qiu)可以根據客戶的(de)要求(qiu)(qiu)來訂制。 

2.在我(wo)們在參數表中測試是依照(zhao)常(chang)溫(wen)，標準大氣(qi)壓狀態。當壓力不變時，溫(wen)度每上(shang)升(sheng)幅(fu)度100度，壓力會下(xia)降百分之15。

REMARKS: 

1, Standard length is 6 meters or especially 10 meters and we can customize the hose length according to customers' needs.

2, The test in the parameter list is in accordance with the normal temperature and the standard atmospheric pressure state. 

When the pressure is constant, the temperature rise by 100 degrees, the pressure will drop by 15%.

產品結(jie)構： 

編織(zhi)：四層夾布網紋(wen)編織(zhi)， 

鋼(gang)(gang)絲(si)：采用雙(shuang)層(ceng)304不(bu)銹鋼(gang)(gang)絲(si)，雙(shuang)層(ceng)鋼(gang)(gang)絲(si)間(jian)距(ju)為4MM，具有3倍之普通鋼(gang)(gang)絲(si)管的壓力 

產品特性： 

——工作(zuo)溫度范圍‘-60oC / +180oC (-76oF / +356oF)在(zai)短時間內可(ke)達到  220oC (392oF) 

——承正(zheng)負壓(ya)能力(li)強，用清洗物(wu)清洗后不附著任何殘留(liu)物(wu)，可采用高溫高壓(ya)蒸汽(qi)消毒和(he)滅菌。 

——無嗅、無味,完全(quan)無毒，不(bu)含(han)任何塑化劑和(he)添加劑成分。完全(quan)符合食(shi)品(pin)FDA和(he)生物醫用級USP的要求。 

——產品經(jing)過高溫180oC*4小時高溫硫化后(hou)，不(bu)分產生(sheng)任何(he)分解物，具(ju)體參考數(shu)據表。 

配套接頭： 

TC接頭(tou)(tou)（直通快速接頭(tou)(tou)316L），SMS接頭(tou)(tou)，DIN快接，CLAMP，CLOCK，J螺紋(wen)接頭(tou)(tou)，等材質為(wei)304或(huo)316L任(ren)客(ke)戶挑(tiao)選。

——鉑金硅膠(jiao)軟管通過德國FDA/BfR零件(jian) XV標準(zhun)(zhun)認證和LFBG和BGVV標準(zhun)(zhun)認證。 

——鉑金(jin)硅膠軟管符合通過美國(guo)醫用USP Class VI級(ji)標準(zhun)認證。 

——鉑(bo)金硅膠管(guan)依照歐盟指令(ling)2008/95 / ECC的限制使用某些有害物質(RoHS)認可。

Product application:

Widely used for transportation or delivery of low temperature food, cosmetics, chemical materials or the fluid or semi liquid fluid of pharmaceutical industry and biological engineering.

(such as the suction of food or dairy products; the connection hoses used on food machinery 

liquor equipment; oil production equipment and medical equipment, etc.)

Product structure:

Weaving: 4 layers of cloth woven mesh

Steel wire: DOUBLE layer of 304 stainless steel wire and the spacing of double layer of steel wire is 4mm and the pressure is 3 times more than the one of the ordinary wire hose. 

Product characteristics:

-The working temperature range: -60 to +180 degrees Celsius (or -76 to +356 degrees Fahrenheit) and it can reach 220 degrees Celsius (or 392 degree Fahrenheit) in a short period of time

-With a good bend, the inner wall is smooth and clean, easy to be washed, no water sticking, 

After cleaned by cleaning materials, no residue remained. The steam disinfection and sterilization can be done under high temperature and high pressure.

-Odorless, tasteless, non-toxic, does not contain any additives and plasticizer. Fully comply with the requirements of food FDA and biological medical grade USP.

-Product will not produce any decomposition after high temperature of 180 degrees Celsius * 4 hours of high temperature Vulcanization with strong bearing capacity of negative and positive pressure.
