標準(zhun)長度為20米每卷，同時我們也可以根據客戶的(de)要求(qiu)生產規定的(de)尺寸和(he)長度，膠管產品通(tong)過(guo)美國FDA級(ji)和(he)USP Class VI和(he)德國BFR認證(zheng)。

產品特性：

BD40系列硅膠軟管(guan)

——工作溫度范圍‘-70oC / +260oC 在短時(shi)間內可(ke)達(da)到  280oC ，硅膠原(yuan)料達(da)到V=0級別。

——具有很好(hao)彎曲性，內壁光滑清(qing)潔，易清(qing)洗不粘水，用(yong)清(qing)洗物清(qing)洗后不附(fu)著任何(he)殘留物，可(ke)采用(yong)高溫高壓蒸汽(qi)消毒和滅菌。

——無(wu)嗅(xiu)、無(wu)味(wei),完全無(wu)毒，不含(han)任何塑化劑(ji)和(he)添加劑(ji)成分。完全符合食品FDA和(he)生物醫用級USP的要(yao)求。

——這些管(guan)通常是半透明(ming)的，外(wai)層為紅(hong)色(se)。我們也可(ke)根據客戶所需顏色(se)來(lai)訂制。

Product application:

Specially recommended for transportation or delivery of high temperature food, cosmetics, chemical or liquid or semi fluid liquid of pharmaceutical industry and biological engineering .(such as food grade hose; the connection hoses used on food machinery, liquor equipment,oil production equipment and medical equipment, etc.)

Product description:

-Silicone hoses adopt silicone reinforced kevlar line and platinum silicone structure. The product pressure will be 3 times more than the one of BP20 series. Widely used in liquid and semi fluid of food industry, medicine and cosmetic industry and bio engineering.

-Standard length is 20 meters per roll, at the same time, we can customize the hose length according to customers' needs. Our hose products has passed the United States FDA grade and Class VI USP and German BFR certification.

Product characteristics:

-The working temperature range of -70 to +260 degree Celsius and can reach +280 degrees Celsius in a short period of time.

-With a good bend, the inner wall is smooth and clean, easy to be washed, no water sticking, 

After cleaned by cleaning materials, no residue remained. The steam disinfection and sterilization can be done under high temperature and high pressure.

-Odorless, tasteless, non-toxic, does not contain any additives and plasticizer. Fully comply with the requirements of food FDA and biological medical grade VI USP.

-these hoses are usually translucent and outside is red color. The color of hose can be can customized according to customer's needs.
