標準長度為20米每卷，同時我們也可以(yi)根據客(ke)戶的要求生產(chan)規定的尺寸和(he)長度，膠管(guan)產(chan)品通過美國FDA級和(he)USP Class VI和(he)德國BFR認證。

鉑金(jin)硫化硅膠(jiao)軟BPB20系列：

——工作溫度范圍‘-60oC / +180oC (-76oF / +356oF)在短時間(jian)內可達到  220oC (392oF)

——具(ju)有(you)很好彎曲性，內壁光滑(hua)清(qing)潔，易清(qing)洗(xi)不(bu)粘水，用清(qing)洗(xi)物清(qing)洗(xi)后不(bu)附著(zhu)任何殘留物，可(ke)采(cai)用高溫高壓蒸汽消毒和滅(mie)菌。

——無(wu)嗅、無(wu)味,完全無(wu)毒，不(bu)含任何塑化劑(ji)和(he)添(tian)加劑(ji)成分。完全符合食(shi)品FDA和(he)生物醫(yi)用級USP VI的要求。

Product application:

Widely used for transportation or delivery of low temperature food, cosmetics, chemical materials or the fluid or semi liquid fluid of pharmaceutical industry and biological engineering.(such as milk, fruit juice; the connection hoses used on food machinery liquor equipment; oil production equipment and medical equipment,and can be equipped with 3A, SMS, DIN, CLAMP quick connector).

Product description:

-Silicone hose is made by the polyester braiding and platinum silicone. Widely used in the industry of liquid and semi fluid food, medicine and cosmetic products, bio engineering.

-Standard length is 20 meters per roll, and we can produce the specified size and length according to customer requirements.Our hose products pass the certification of the United States FDA grade and Class VI USP and German BFR.

Product characteristics:

-The working temperature range of -60 to +180 degree Celsius (-76 to +356 degree Fahrenheit) in a short period of time can reach 220 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit)

-With a good bend, the inner wall is smooth and clean, easy to be washed, no water sticking, 

After cleaned by cleaning materials, no residue remained. The steam disinfection and sterilization can be done under high temperature and high pressure.

-Odorless, tasteless, non-toxic, does not contain any additives and plasticizer. Fully comply with the requirements of food FDA and biological medical grade VI USP.

-These tubes are usually translucent and the movement of fluid inside can be observed. The hose color can be customized according to customer's needs.
