產品結構

CAC30系列軟(ruan)管有三(san)種不同的內(nei)(nei)徑結構(gou)：1）內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)為(wei)一般耐(nai)高溫硅(gui)膠(jiao)。2）內(nei)(nei)徑為(wei)具有良好(hao)耐(nai)油性(xing)氟硅(gui)膠(jiao)3）內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)為(wei)具有耐(nai)溶劑的氟橡膠(jiao)。

波紋(wen)硅膠管全部采用四層諾梅克(ke)斯布(bu)

產品應用：

具(ju)有(you)良好的耐(nai)溫(wen)和耐(nai)油性，專為汽車(che)，卡車(che)，貨車(che)，減(jian)震器用，內部(bu)采用氟硅(gui)膠(jiao)，氟橡膠(jiao)和一般硅(gui)膠(jiao)三種，可用來作為抗(kang)油性能和減(jian)震性。

產品性能：

螺(luo)紋硅膠管(guan)，在(zai)高(gao)溫(wen)時具有(you)良好(hao)的伸縮性(xing)和減震效果。具有(you)良好(hao)的組裝性(xing)能。有(you)良好(hao)的柔軟(ruan)性(xing)。耐溫(wen)耐壓性(xing)能好(hao)，有(you)熱塑性(xing)好(hao)，耐老化，耐臭氧，UV等。

中間有加不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)圈(quan)。增強抗壓性能(neng)。

規(gui)格和長(chang)度可(ke)以根(gen)據客戶的要(yao)求來(lai)定做。量多(duo)從(cong)優。

Product structure:

CAC30 series hose has three kinds of different diameter structure:

1) the inner layer is generally high temperature resistant silicone. 

2) the inner layer is the fluorine silicone rubber with good oil resistance.

3) the inner layer is the fluorine silicone rubber with solvent resistance. 

Corrugated silicone hose adopts 4 layers of Nomex cloth. 

Product application:

Good oil resistance and good temperature resistance. Especially used on the shock absorbers of automobiles, trucks and lorries. 

internally using fluorine silicone, fluorine rubber or normal silicone. 

Product properties:

with good retractility and shock absorption at high temperature. Good assembly performance. Good flexibility. 

Good temperature resistance and pressure resistance.Good thermal plasticity, aging resistance, ozone resistance, UV resistance, etc..

stainless steel rings added on the hose with good compression resistance.

Specification and length can be customized according to customer requirements.
