產品結構

CAC30系列(lie)軟管有(you)三種(zhong)不同的內(nei)徑結構：1）內(nei)層為一般(ban)耐高溫(wen)硅(gui)膠。2）內(nei)徑為具有(you)良好耐油性氟(fu)硅(gui)膠3）內(nei)層為具有(you)耐溶劑的氟(fu)橡膠。

波紋(wen)硅膠管全部采用(yong)四層諾梅(mei)克斯布

產品應用：

具有(you)良好(hao)的耐(nai)溫(wen)和(he)耐(nai)油性，專(zhuan)為汽車，卡(ka)車，貨車，減震(zhen)器用，內部采用氟硅膠(jiao)，氟橡膠(jiao)和(he)一般硅膠(jiao)三種，可用來(lai)作為抗(kang)油性能和(he)減震(zhen)性。

產品性能：

螺紋硅膠管，在高(gao)溫(wen)時具有(you)良(liang)(liang)好(hao)的(de)伸縮性和(he)減震效果。具有(you)良(liang)(liang)好(hao)的(de)組裝性能。有(you)良(liang)(liang)好(hao)的(de)柔軟(ruan)性。耐溫(wen)耐壓性能好(hao)，有(you)熱(re)塑性好(hao)，耐老化，耐臭氧(yang)，UV等。

中間有加不(bu)銹鋼(gang)圈。增(zeng)強抗壓(ya)性能(neng)。

規(gui)格和長度可以根據(ju)客(ke)戶的要求來定做。量多從優。

Product structure:

CAC30 series hose has three kinds of different diameter structure:

1) the inner layer is generally high temperature resistant silicone. 

2) the inner layer is the fluorine silicone rubber with good oil resistance.

3) the inner layer is the fluorine silicone rubber with solvent resistance. 

Corrugated silicone hose adopts 4 layers of Nomex cloth. 

Product application:

Good oil resistance and good temperature resistance. Especially used on the shock absorbers of automobiles, trucks and lorries. 

internally using fluorine silicone, fluorine rubber or normal silicone. 

Product properties:

with good retractility and shock absorption at high temperature. Good assembly performance. Good flexibility. 

Good temperature resistance and pressure resistance.Good thermal plasticity, aging resistance, ozone resistance, UV resistance, etc..

stainless steel rings added on the hose with good compression resistance.
