應用(yong)：          

鉑金硫化(hua)硅膠軟管采用(yong)中間聚(ju)脂編織，應用(yong)于(yu)低壓輸送液體，可進行SIP和(he)CIP清洗(xi)，具有很(hen)好(hao)的(de)抗壓能力。產(chan)品通過大量的(de)物理，化(hua)學和(he)生物檢測達(da)到FDA CFR 177.2600          

不建議用于真空環(huan)境；

——工作溫(wen)度(du)范圍(wei)‘-60oC / +200oC           

——具有很(hen)好(hao)彎曲性，可采(cai)用高溫(wen)高壓蒸汽消(xiao)毒SIP清洗(xi)和高溫(wen)高壓清洗(xi)CIP。          

——無嗅、無味,完全無毒，不(bu)含任何塑化(hua)劑(ji)和添(tian)加劑(ji)成(cheng)分          

——這(zhe)些(xie)管(guan)通常(chang)是半(ban)透(tou)明的(de)，可(ke)以觀察到流(liu)體的(de)動向。我們也可(ke)根據客(ke)戶(hu)所需顏色來訂制。          

品質認證：          

——鉑金硅膠軟(ruan)管(guan)通過美(mei)國FDA 21 CFR 177.2600(食(shi)品和(he)藥物管(guan)理局)食(shi)品級(ji)認(ren)證。          

——歐盟指令(ling)2008/95 / ECC的(de)限制使用某些有害物質(zhi)(RoHS)認可。          

——鉑金硅膠軟管符合ISO10993,NSF51和(he)歐(ou)洲藥(yao)典3.1.9的要(yao)求。

Remarks: 

Standard length: 50 meters or customized according to customer's special needs. 

Product application:

The polyester weaving added in the middle for the platinum vulcanization silicone hose, which can be used to delivery the low pressure 

liquid and to proceed with SIP cleaning and CIP cleaning. With good compression resistance and meet FDA CFR 177.2600 certificate after plenty of physical, chemical and biological testing.   

Not recommended for vacuum environment.

Product characteristics:

-The working temperature range of -60 to +200 degree Celsius.

-With a good bend.high temperature and high pressure steam disinfection cleaning SIP and high temperature and high pressure cleaning CIP can be used.

-Odorless, tasteless, non-toxic, does not contain any additives and plasticizer. 

-These tubes are usually translucent and the movement of fluid inside can be observed. The hose color can be customized according to customer's needs.

Quality certification:

-Platinum silicone hoses pass the United States FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 (food and Drug Administration) food grade certification.

-Platinum silicone hoses pass the German BFR parts XV standard certification and LFBG certification.

-Platinum silicone hose is in accordance with the United States Class VI USP grade standard certification.

-Platinum silicone hose is in accordance with the EU directive 2008/95/ECC limitation usage of certain hazardous substances (RoHS) recognition.

-Platinum silicone hose is in accordance with ISO10993, NSF51 and European Pharmacopoeia 3.1.9 requirements.
