注(zhu):1.標準(zhun)生產長(chang)度為6米(mi)（特殊可訂做10米(mi)）。可以做切短。其它的內徑(jing)要求可以根(gen)據客戶的要求來訂制。

   2.在我們在參數表中(zhong)測試(shi)是依照(zhao)常溫(wen)，標準大氣壓(ya)狀態。當(dang)壓(ya)力不(bu)變(bian)時，溫(wen)度每(mei)上升幅(fu)度100度，壓(ya)力會下(xia)降百分之(zhi)15。

REMARKS: 

1, Standard length is 6 meters and we can customize the hose length according to customers' needs.

2, The test in the parameter list is in accordance with the normal temperature and the standard atmospheric pressure state. 

When the pressure is constant, the temperature rise by 100 degrees, the pressure will drop by 15%.

——工(gong)作溫度(du)范(fan)圍‘-60oC / +180oC (-76oF / +356oF)在短(duan)時(shi)間(jian)內可達到  220oC (392oF)   

——具有很好(hao)彎曲性，內壁光滑清(qing)潔，易清(qing)洗不粘水(shui)，用(yong)清(qing)洗物(wu)清(qing)洗后不附著任何殘留物(wu)，可采用(yong)高(gao)溫高(gao)壓蒸(zheng)汽消毒和滅(mie)菌

——無嗅(xiu)、無味,完(wan)全無毒(du)，不含任何(he)塑化劑和(he)添加劑成分。完(wan)全符合(he)食品FDA和(he)生物(wu)醫(yi)用級USP的要求(qiu)。   

配套(tao)接頭：   

TC接(jie)頭(tou)(tou)（直通快(kuai)速接(jie)頭(tou)(tou)316L），SMS接(jie)頭(tou)(tou)，DIN快(kuai)接(jie)，CLAMP，CLOCK，J螺紋接(jie)頭(tou)(tou)，等(deng)材質為304或(huo)316L任客戶(hu)挑選。

Product application:

Specially recommended for transportation and deliverying in working circumstances, which needs the greater bend of the hose, 

the inner layer is smooth without deformation.Suitable for conveying all kinds of dairy products, 

and has a better shock absorption properties. At the same time, it can be applied to high mechanical frequency occasions.

Product structure:

Weaving: 3 layers of cloth woven mesh

Steel wire: using single layer of 304 stainless steel wire, the spacing is 10mm

Appearance: corrugated outside, smooth inner surface like mirror

color: custom made according to customer's request.

Product characteristics:

-The working temperature range: -60 to +180 degrees Celsius (or -76 to +356 degrees Fahrenheit) and it can reach 220 degrees Celsius (or 392 degree Fahrenheit) in a short period of time

-With a good bend, the inner wall is smooth and clean, easy to be washed, no water sticking, 

After cleaned by cleaning materials, no residue remained. The steam disinfection and sterilization can be done under high temperature and high pressure.

-Odorless, tasteless, non-toxic, does not contain any additives and plasticizer. Fully comply with the requirements of food FDA and biological medical grade USP.
