產品(pin)結構： 

編(bian)織：五層夾(jia)布網紋編(bian)織，中間采用不銹鋼(gang)絲(si)編(bian)織，內襯不銹鋼(gang)絲(si) 

鋼絲：采用(yong)304不銹鋼絲，鋼絲間距為6MM，具有3倍(bei)之普(pu)通鋼絲管的(de)壓力 

產品特性： 

——工作溫度(du)范圍‘-60oC / +180oC (-76oF / +356oF)在短(duan)時間內可達到(dao)  220oC (392oF) 

——承正負壓(ya)能力強，用清洗物清洗后不附著任何(he)殘(can)留物，可采用高溫高壓(ya)蒸汽消毒和滅菌(jun)。 

——無嗅、無味,完全(quan)無毒，不含任何塑化劑和添加劑成分。完全(quan)符合食品(pin)FDA和生物(wu)醫用級USP的(de)要求(qiu)。 

——產品經過高溫(wen)180oC*4小時(shi)高溫(wen)硫化后，不分(fen)產生(sheng)任何分(fen)解物，具體參考數據(ju)表。 

配套接頭： 

TC接(jie)(jie)頭（直通快(kuai)速接(jie)(jie)頭316L），SMS接(jie)(jie)頭，DIN快(kuai)接(jie)(jie)，CLAMP，CLOCK，J螺紋接(jie)(jie)頭，等材質為304或316L任客戶挑(tiao)選(xuan)。

Product application:

Product structure:

Weaving: 5 layers of cloth woven mesh

Steel wire:Layer of 304 stainless steel wire and the spacing of double layer of steel wire is 4mm and the pressure is 3 times more than the one of the ordinary wire hose. 

Product characteristics:

-The working temperature range: -60 to +180 degrees Celsius (or -76 to +356 degrees Fahrenheit) and it can reach 220 degrees Celsius (or 392 degree Fahrenheit) in a short period of time

-With a good bend, the inner wall is smooth and clean, easy to be washed, no water sticking, 

After cleaned by cleaning materials, no residue remained. The steam disinfection and sterilization can be done under high temperature and high pressure.

-Odorless, tasteless, non-toxic, does not contain any additives and plasticizer. Fully comply with the requirements of food FDA and biological medical grade USP.

-Product will not produce any decomposition after high temperature of 180 degrees Celsius * 4 hours of high temperature Vulcanization with strong bearing capacity of negative and positive pressure.
