產品結構

CAC30系(xi)列(lie)軟管(guan)有(you)(you)三種(zhong)不同(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)徑結構：1）內(nei)層為一般(ban)耐高溫硅(gui)膠。2）內(nei)徑為具有(you)(you)良好耐油性氟(fu)硅(gui)膠3）內(nei)層為具有(you)(you)耐溶劑的(de)(de)氟(fu)橡膠。

產品應用：

具有(you)良好的耐(nai)溫和(he)耐(nai)油(you)性(xing)，專為汽車，卡車，貨車，減(jian)震器(qi)用，內部采用氟(fu)硅(gui)(gui)膠，氟(fu)橡膠和(he)一般硅(gui)(gui)膠三種(zhong)，可用來作為抗油(you)性(xing)能和(he)減(jian)震性(xing)。

產品性能：

螺紋硅(gui)膠管，在高(gao)溫時具有良好的(de)伸縮(suo)性(xing)(xing)(xing)和(he)減震效(xiao)果(guo)。具有良好的(de)組裝(zhuang)性(xing)(xing)(xing)能。有良好的(de)柔軟性(xing)(xing)(xing)。耐(nai)溫耐(nai)壓性(xing)(xing)(xing)能好，有熱塑性(xing)(xing)(xing)好，耐(nai)老化，耐(nai)臭氧(yang)，UV等。

中間有加不(bu)銹鋼圈。增強抗壓性能。

規格和長度可以根據客戶的要求來(lai)定做。量(liang)多從優。

Product structure:

CAC30 series hose has three kinds of different diameter structure:

1) the inner layer is generally high temperature resistant silicone. 

2) the inner layer is the fluorine silicone rubber with good oil resistance.

3) the inner layer is the fluorine silicone rubber with solvent resistance. 

Corrugated silicone hose adopts 4 layers of Nomex cloth. 

Product application:

Good oil resistance and good temperature resistance. Especially used on the shock absorbers of automobiles, trucks and lorries. 

internally using fluorine silicone, fluorine rubber or normal silicone. 

Product properties:

with good retractility and shock absorption at high temperature. Good assembly performance. Good flexibility. 

Good temperature resistance and pressure resistance.Good thermal plasticity, aging resistance, ozone resistance, UV resistance, etc..

stainless steel rings added on the hose with good compression resistance.
