產品結構

CAC30系列軟管有三(san)種(zhong)不(bu)同的內(nei)徑結構(gou)：1）內(nei)層為(wei)一般耐高溫硅(gui)膠。2）內(nei)徑為(wei)具有良好耐油性氟(fu)(fu)硅(gui)膠3）內(nei)層為(wei)具有耐溶劑的氟(fu)(fu)橡膠。

波紋(wen)硅膠管(guan)全部采用四(si)層諾梅克斯布

產品應用：

具有良好的耐(nai)(nai)溫(wen)和(he)耐(nai)(nai)油性(xing)，專為汽車，卡車，貨車，減震器用(yong)，內部(bu)采用(yong)氟(fu)硅(gui)膠，氟(fu)橡膠和(he)一般硅(gui)膠三種(zhong)，可用(yong)來作(zuo)為抗油性(xing)能和(he)減震性(xing)。

產品性能：

螺紋硅膠(jiao)管，在高溫(wen)時具有良好(hao)的伸縮性(xing)和減震效果(guo)。具有良好(hao)的組(zu)裝性(xing)能(neng)。有良好(hao)的柔(rou)軟性(xing)。耐(nai)溫(wen)耐(nai)壓性(xing)能(neng)好(hao)，有熱塑性(xing)好(hao)，耐(nai)老化，耐(nai)臭氧，UV等。

中間(jian)有加不銹鋼圈(quan)。增強抗壓(ya)性能。

規格和(he)長(chang)度(du)可以根據客戶的要(yao)求來(lai)定(ding)做。量(liang)多(duo)從優。

Product structure:

CAC30 series hose has three kinds of different diameter structure:

1) the inner layer is generally high temperature resistant silicone. 

2) the inner layer is the fluorine silicone rubber with good oil resistance.

3) the inner layer is the fluorine silicone rubber with solvent resistance. 

Corrugated silicone hose adopts 4 layers of Nomex cloth. 

Product application:

Good oil resistance and good temperature resistance. Especially used on the shock absorbers of automobiles, trucks and lorries. 

internally using fluorine silicone, fluorine rubber or normal silicone. 

Product properties:

with good retractility and shock absorption at high temperature. Good assembly performance. Good flexibility. 

Good temperature resistance and pressure resistance.Good thermal plasticity, aging resistance, ozone resistance, UV resistance, etc..

stainless steel rings added on the hose with good compression resistance.
