產品應用：

推薦用(yong)于制藥行業及美容(rong)化(hua)妝行業液體(ti)(ti)，固體(ti)(ti)，粉體(ti)(ti)的(de)輸(shu)(shu)送.在(zai)食(shi)品行業用(yong)于食(shi)用(yong)油，醋類(lei)的(de)輸(shu)(shu)送，也可(ke)以(yi)用(yong)輸(shu)(shu)送葡萄酒，酒精度于一半的(de)的(de)白酒輸(shu)(shu)送。

產品結構：

編織：無任何織物層。全透明狀態

鋼絲(si)：采用單層(ceng)304不銹鋼絲(si)，間距為5MM

產品特性：

——工作(zuo)溫度范圍‘-60oC / +180oC (-76oF / +356oF)在短時間內可達到  220oC (392oF)

——具有很好(hao)彎曲性，透明度好(hao)，可(ke)采用高溫蒸汽(qi)消(xiao)毒(du)和滅菌(jun)。

——無嗅、無味,完全無毒，，且硅膠更加環(huan)保(bao)性好，耐(nai)用(yong)。

——產(chan)品(pin)經過高溫180oC*4小時高溫硫化(hua)后，不分產(chan)生任何分解物，承(cheng)正負壓能(neng)力強，具體參考(kao)數據(ju)表。

Product application:

Recommended for delivering the liquid or solid or powder in the pharmaceutical industry and beauty cosmetics industry and delivering edible oil and vinegar in the food industry. It also can be used to deliver wine and liquor with 50% alcohol degree.the transparent stainless steel wire silicone hoses have the smooth inner and outer wall and can make the material flow smoothly.

Product structure:

Weave: without any fabric layers. All transparent state

Steel wire: a single layer of 304 stainless steel wire, the spacing is 5mm

Product characteristics:

-The working temperature range: -60 to +180 degrees Celsius(-76oF / +356oF) and it can reach 220 degrees Celsius(392oF) in a short period of time

-With a good bend, the inner wall is smooth and clean, easy to be washed, no water sticking, 

After cleaned by cleaning materials, no residue remained. The steam disinfection and sterilization can be done under high temperature and high pressure.

-No smell, tasteless, non-toxic, durable. Our hose can replace the PU hoses in the market because the silicone materials are more Eco-friendly and more durable.

-Product will not produce any decomposition after high temperature of 180 degrees Celsius * 4 hours of high temperature Vulcanization with strong bearing capacity of negative and positive pressure.

-These hoses are usually highly transparent and the movement of fluid can be observed. The color of hose can be customized according to customer’s needs.

-the hoses can be equipped with 316L food sanitary grade SMS or 3A quick connectors.
