硅(gui)(gui)膠軟管采用硅(gui)(gui)膠加強(qiang)卡(ka)芙拉和鉑(bo)金硅(gui)(gui)膠結構，產(chan)品(pin)壓力相當于3倍的(de)同類(lei)BP20系列的(de)壓力。

標準長(chang)(chang)度(du)為20米每卷，同時我們(men)也(ye)可以根據(ju)客戶的要求生產規(gui)定(ding)的尺寸和長(chang)(chang)度(du)，膠管產品通(tong)過(guo)美國FDA級和USP Class VI和德國BFR認(ren)證。

BD40系(xi)列硅膠軟(ruan)管

——工作溫度(du)范(fan)圍‘-70oC / +260oC 在(zai)短時間(jian)內可達到(dao)  280oC ，硅膠原料達到(dao)V=0級別。

——具有很好彎曲性，內(nei)壁光(guang)滑清(qing)潔，易清(qing)洗(xi)不粘水，用清(qing)洗(xi)物清(qing)洗(xi)后(hou)不附(fu)著任(ren)何殘留物，可采用高溫高壓蒸汽消(xiao)毒和滅菌(jun)。

——無(wu)(wu)嗅、無(wu)(wu)味,完(wan)全無(wu)(wu)毒，不(bu)含任何塑化劑(ji)和添(tian)加劑(ji)成分。完(wan)全符(fu)合食品FDA和生物醫用級USP的(de)要求。

——這些管通常是半(ban)透明的，外層為紅(hong)色。我們也可根據客戶所需(xu)顏色來訂制。

Specially recommended for transportation or delivery of high temperature food, cosmetics, chemical or liquid or semi fluid liquid of pharmaceutical industry and biological engineering .(such as food grade hose; the connection hoses used on food machinery, liquor equipment,oil production equipment and medical equipment, etc.)

Product description:

-Silicone hoses adopt silicone reinforced kevlar line and platinum silicone structure. The product pressure will be 3 times more than the one of BP20 series. Widely used in liquid and semi fluid of food industry, medicine and cosmetic industry and bio engineering.

-Standard length is 20 meters per roll, at the same time, we can customize the hose length according to customers' needs. Our hose products has passed the United States FDA grade and Class VI USP and German BFR certification.

Product characteristics:

-The working temperature range of -70 to +260 degree Celsius and can reach +280 degrees Celsius in a short period of time.

-With a good bend, the inner wall is smooth and clean, easy to be washed, no water sticking, 

After cleaned by cleaning materials, no residue remained. The steam disinfection and sterilization can be done under high temperature and high pressure.

-Odorless, tasteless, non-toxic, does not contain any additives and plasticizer. Fully comply with the requirements of food FDA and biological medical grade VI USP.
